What is a TM44 Inspection?
In the UK, air conditioning systems with an effective rated output greater than 12kW must be inspected by an accredited energy assessor at intervals of no more than five years.
The person who controls the system is responsible for arranging the inspection and retaining the most recent report. The inspection considers the system's energy efficiency and opportunities for improvement.
